What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Food Scientists
• guide dry-applications development from concept through commercialization
• prioritize projects and resources
• provide technical guidance on formulation, testing, trials, scale-up, and production transfer
• support specifications, troubleshooting, quality, and consistency
• partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory on compliance and shelf-life testing
• coordinate projects and communicate progress and risks.
