Job overview

The Data Migration Lead, Dynamics 365 role is remote and requires travel as needed to Astronics' headquarters outside Buffalo, New York, with additional domestic and international travel for go-live activities. Base pay is $107,000–$130,000 per year. The role leads data migration for a multi-year Dynamics 365 implementation across global locations. The lead owns migration strategy and execution from extraction and mapping through validation and go-live, ensuring data integrity across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, MES, and Engineering systems.

What you'll do

• Plan migration work and dependencies
• analyze source systems
• write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL logic
• lead cross-functional coordination
• design validation and reconciliation
• manage data cleanup
• document mappings and procedures
• partner on data governance, Purview classification, and enterprise data warehouse loads.
