What you'll do

• inventory supplies and report low stock
• notify supervisors of pool or spa problems
• distribute resident notices
• paint apartment interiors and occasionally exterior areas
• perform maintenance in offices, club rooms, and model units
• report physical problems and suggest preventive maintenance.
