What you'll do

• Oversee internet leads, website inquiries, chats, and sales calls
• ensure prompt, personalized responses and accurate vehicle information
• assign lead ownership and follow-up
• set and confirm appointments
• coordinate vehicle readiness and salesperson handoffs
• coach salespeople
• maintain CRM records and review performance metrics
• monitor online inventory and coordinate with marketing partners
• support customer concerns and purchase delivery.
