Mid-Level Systems Analyst

The Mid-Level Systems Analyst role is onsite in Albany, NY, with stated pay of $31.46–$36.46 per hour. The analyst supports development and testing of the Medicaid Eligibility and Client Management (MECM) system. The role helps translate program and user needs into system requirements, test plans, and documented solutions. By coordinating testing, issue research, reporting, and stakeholder activities, the analyst supports system changes and the implementation of MECM.

What you'll do

• Review and assist with testing requirements and test plans
• create and implement user acceptance and regression testing for WMS system changes and MECM implementation
• define user requirements
• document projects and organizational change
• research, propose, and test solutions to user and system issues
• create ad hoc reports
• identify policy, process, and system gaps
• apply Medicaid regulations and program policy to system design and business processes
• coordinate project activities and stakeholder action items
• facilitate meetings among subject matter experts, policy staff, and business owners.
