What you'll do

• Oversee construction safety protocols and environmental and quality compliance
• collaborate with the Project Manager on cost tracking and efficiency analysis
• review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and designs
• work with estimating teams on estimates before and during construction
• schedule and manage crews, equipment, subcontractors, and vendors
• review timesheets and phase codes
• monitor schedules and budgets and take action to meet milestones
• maintain discipline in field operations.
