What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing students in pediatric clinical settings
• teach pediatric nursing practices including growth and development assessment, age-appropriate communication, and family-centered care
• ensure compliance with clinical site policies and pediatric safety standards
• document student performance
• collaborate on course objectives and curriculum
• serve as liaison among ICHS, clinical staff, and students
• complete attendance and evaluation records
• report student or site concerns
• attend faculty meetings and training.
