What you'll do

• Facilitate planned activity programs
• assist and escort residents to activities and outings as scheduled
• maintain rapport with families and encourage their support
• record attendance and participation
• provide input to resident participation assessments when requested
• communicate resident concerns and responses to supervisors
• support resident preferences and routines
• assist volunteers
• clean activity equipment and materials
• participate in survey, regulatory, and accreditation processes.
