What you'll do

• Oversee ABA programs and support quality care and ethical practices
• mentor BCBAs through structured sessions, training, and performance reviews
• work with the Center Manager on onboarding, staffing, and clinical structure
• collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, and other specialists
• conduct family guidance sessions
• maintain compliance with BACB standards and company quality benchmarks
• use clinical metrics to assess trends and implement action plans.
