What you'll do

• Meet and screen prospective residents
• show apartments
• process applications and lease paperwork
• follow up with prospects
• maintain unit availability and occupancy information
• place work orders
• tour and inspect the property and units
• help maintain office cleanliness
• support marketing, resident retention, renewals, and resident needs
• follow Fair Housing requirements.
