What you'll do

• Maintain current demographic and contact information in records
• manage representative payee accounts
• complete 30-day follow-ups
• triage calls and new referrals
• participate in team meetings as required
• ensure insurance and intake data for new patients is recorded
• maintain collaborative relationships with managed care organizations and insurance carriers.
