What you'll do

• Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture
• develop HR strategies
• lead engagement, retention, and performance initiatives
• guide employee relations
• oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and equitable hiring practices
• support succession and leadership development
• oversee performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, policies, audits, HRIS, payroll coordination, and HR analytics
• lead a team of three HR professionals.
