Job overview

What you'll do
- Assess residents and develop and document care plans
- make rounds and monitor responses to treatments and medications
- provide supportive, rehabilitative and other nursing care
- administer medications and treatments
- coordinate appointments and emergency care
- supervise and assist certified nurse aides
- manage admissions, transfers and discharges
- complete required documentation
- and participate in quality improvement and regulatory survey activities.
