What you'll do

• Develop and execute campaigns for recruiting, seller and buyer lead generation, database engagement, client retention, and team growth
• manage the marketing calendar across social, email, database, advertising, events, and listings
• collaborate with sales leadership
• use CRM insights for segmentation and nurture campaigns
• guide the Marketing Assistant
• track KPIs and report findings
• oversee listing marketing and brand initiatives.
