What you'll do

• Provide nursing care within the state Nurse Practice Act
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation
• administer medications and treatments as permitted
• coordinate and guide nursing staff during the shift
• communicate with physicians, residents, and families
• monitor care plans and MDS processes
• document and investigate incidents
• address resident and family concerns
• support weekend and holiday coverage as requested.
