What you'll do

  • Assist with intake, registration, and risk assessment
  • observe and report changes in guests’ physical, behavioral, or emotional condition
  • support individualized care plans
  • monitor for distress and respond to emergencies
  • use trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and de-escalation practices
  • maintain clean and safe client areas
  • document interactions and incidents
  • communicate with the multidisciplinary team
  • and help guests access social, behavioral health, medical, and housing resources.
