The Community Counselor — CFTSS role is hybrid in Albany, NY, with services delivered in youths’ homes, schools, or other community settings. Pay is $25.50–$28.56 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one teaching, coaching, psychoeducation, and rehabilitative counseling to youth according to treatment and service plans and CFTSS regulations.
• Coordinate with families and other providers, advocate for youth needs, document services in an electronic health record, and travel locally to service locations.
