What you'll do
- Oversee daily team operations, protocols, processes, metrics, call flows, and technical support
- supervise, train, evaluate, and mentor clinical staff
- assist with escalated patient issues
- monitor call-center metrics
- assess workloads and patient flow
- perform representative duties during peak periods
- coordinate competency programs and process improvements
- support IT issues
- and provide coverage for the Practice Manager and Department Coordinator, including On-Call coverage.

Why this role
