The Director of Rehabilitation — Skilled Nursing Facility role is onsite in Temple, OK, at an in-house skilled nursing facility. Pay is $38–$50 per hour. What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the therapy program at assigned facilities
• adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, certification requirements, HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and resident rights
• establish facility procedures with the interdisciplinary team and train therapy staff
• ensure therapists meet practice, documentation, billing, and productivity standards
• communicate respectfully with patients and families
• perform other duties needed to discharge the role’s responsibilities.
