Delivery Account Service Representative

Job overview

The Delivery Account Service Representative role is onsite in Broken Arrow, OK; compensation is contingent upon experience. The role supports customer inventory, deliveries, quotes, and orders while coordinating with the local sales team and warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Travel daily to customer sites to deliver, unpack, and stock products and enter orders
• manage vendor-managed inventory
• process quotes and orders
• document activity in CRM, vendor management systems, tablet applications, and ERP software
• build customer relationships through inventory support, technical advice, and training
• identify customer needs and potential business opportunities
• collaborate with account, business development, and engineering teams
• maintain service certifications
• participate in paid on-site service projects
• and support branch counter and warehouse activities when not visiting customers.
