What you'll do

• Oversee contract operations and facility services
• serve as the contractor’s authorized representative
• maintain an onsite presence during core business hours
• coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and building alterations
• manage personnel, subcontractors, and resources
• resolve facility issues
• monitor compliance, quality, safety, and performance
• coordinate planning, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
