• Troubleshoot escalated issues across workstations, Microsoft 365, applications, networking, security tools, remote access, printers, and customer environments
• own tickets through resolution or escalation
• document findings and next steps
• identify recurring incidents
• maintain ConnectWise Manage ticket notes and update IT Glue
• follow technical standards and escalate risks or unsupported workarounds.
