The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position is onsite at TerraBella Newton in Newton, North Carolina. Pay is $14.50 per hour. The role provides hands-on and emotional support to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. Caregivers assist with daily living activities and encourage residents’ independence, dignity, and participation in life enrichment activities.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas
• help residents maintain independence, dignity, and physical safety
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating as instructed
• engage residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.
