The Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent role is remote in eligible states. The posting states $20.00 per hour plus commission opportunities and an OTE of $70,000–$100,000. Catch Coverage’s ACA Health Insurance team helps individuals and families navigate health insurance options. The agent educates consumers about ACA Marketplace plans, assesses coverage needs, and guides applicants through enrollment while maintaining accurate records and meeting compliance and customer-experience expectations. Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required.

What you'll do

• Explain ACA Marketplace options and plan features
• assess individual and family coverage needs
• guide consumers through applications and enrollment
• provide consultative customer service
• maintain customer and enrollment records
• follow up as required
• meet sales, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer-experience expectations
• maintain required licenses, certifications, appointments, and Marketplace credentials.
