Field Service Associate II–III

Job overview

The Field Service Associate II–III role is an onsite position in Manassas, VA, with compensation of $34–$45 per hour. Ebara Technologies supports customers by servicing and maintaining its products at customer sites and service centers. The role exists to keep customer equipment operating by performing maintenance, installations, and repairs, diagnosing failures, and providing technical support. It also helps reduce customer downtime through effective repair decisions and supports the field service team by guiding and mentoring other associates and technicians.

What you'll do

• Service equipment at customer sites or service centers, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance, consumable changes, installations, and start-ups
• interpret manuals and diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures
• document maintenance, downtime, issues, and time
• order or expedite replacements
• provide customer technical support
• guide field technicians and engineers
• train and mentor field service associates
• support service center operations and other customer sites as needed
• follow safety policies and training.
