What you'll do

• Conduct targeted outreach to service members and families, including people in remote or underserved locations
• engage military and civilian stakeholders
• tailor outreach to regional needs
• share information and facilitate referrals
• maintain relationships with resource providers and community organizations
• support the community resource catalog
• build coalitions among federal, state, local, and nonprofit resources
• support program events, briefings, and training
• document activities and community information
• travel regionally within the assigned state or area.
