What you'll do

• Lead proposal development from opportunity identification and capability mapping through color-team reviews, submission, and post-award debriefs
• author proposal sections, white papers, RFIs, and RFPs
• maintain the proposal library
• collaborate with executive and technical leadership on win themes and value propositions
• partner on pricing strategies, cost structures, and commercial terms
• coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, supply chain, and program management on deal terms, risk mitigation, and ITAR/EAR compliance.
