What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and support floor technicians
• assign schedules and monitor productivity and quality
• oversee floor cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, polishing, and maintenance
• ensure safe chemical and equipment use
• monitor PPE and safety signage
• conduct inspections
• report damage and hazards
• manage equipment and supply inventory
• coordinate schedules with Environmental Services and facility departments.
