What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing service technicians
• oversee daily service operations
• support estimates and customer communication
• monitor performance metrics and revenue goals
• ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, policies, and state regulations
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and training
• collaborate with dispatch and office teams
• maintain job documentation, invoices, estimates, and reports.
