What you'll do

• Set up and operate packaging machines and production support equipment
• operate in-line zipper applicators where applicable
• track production and completed orders
• determine cheese quantities needed for orders
• ensure packaging specifications are met
• record film and ingredient usage and equipment efficiency
• complete quality-control checks and documentation
• maintain reliable attendance.
