What you'll do

• Recruit, develop, discipline, and terminate paraprofessional staff and conduct annual performance reviews
• oversee the hospital’s profit and loss, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory
• resolve client issues and escalations and oversee follow-up communications.
