What you'll do

• Provide physical therapy interventions under a Physical Therapist’s direction and the physician-approved plan of care
• observe, record, and report patient responses and condition changes
• promote wellness and prevention
• document supervisory activities and treatment responses
• participate in care conferences, in-services, audits, quality improvement, and peer review
• maintain confidentiality
• coordinate follow-up care and community referrals.
