The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite at Southdale Center in Minneapolis, MN. The pay range is $17–$18 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families through partnerships with retail locations and attractions. The assistant manager supports the Local Manager in leading seasonal photo operations, developing the team, and delivering guest service. The role helps prepare and operate the location, resolve customer concerns, and support sales and memorable Santa visits throughout the holiday season.

What you'll do

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies
• support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
