What you'll do

• Maintain and monitor marketing and leasing campaigns
• maintain a professional and friendly leasing-office atmosphere
• inspect model and market-ready units
• answer and route calls
• greet and qualify prospective residents and determine needs
• present the community and apartments
• monitor local market conditions and suggest marketing or resident-satisfaction improvements
• complete administrative tasks, applications, verification, lease paperwork, addenda, and resident communications
• accept rents and deposits
• record prospect information and follow up
• inspect the property, move-outs, and vacancies
• report service needs to Maintenance
• organize records and assist management with reports and surveys.
