What you'll do

• Lead North America product innovation and commercialization projects from concept through launch
• manage packaging development and updates
• analyze business performance, syndicated data, consumer insights, and market trends
• support executive presentations, sales meetings, and Stage Gate processes
• drive portfolio optimization and a five-year innovation pipeline
• collaborate with R&D, Sourcing, Operations, and Sales on product concepts, formulation, feasibility, and commercialization
• build relationships across regional and global teams.
