The Director of Fleet Vehicle Procurement & Strategic Sourcing role is based in Moove’s Miami, FL or Phoenix hub, with remote arrangements open to exceptionally qualified candidates. The role owns the end-to-end vehicle sourcing lifecycle, from OEM negotiations and vehicle specifications through delivery and supplier performance. Its work supports fleet deployment, cost efficiency, and expansion into new markets.

What you'll do

• Lead vehicle procurement strategies and negotiations with global original equipment manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers
• negotiate pricing, volume commitments, delivery timelines, rebates, warranties, and risk-sharing terms
• work with Engineering to define vehicle specifications
• balance fleet standardization with market-specific customization to reduce total cost of ownership
• coordinate production allocations with market launch readiness
• identify and mitigate supply risks
• establish supplier performance scorecards
• develop a scalable sourcing playbook for international expansion.

Why this role
