What you'll do

• Assess student proficiency and use formative and summative achievement data to plan and evaluate instruction
• adapt materials, pace, and methods to individual needs
• maintain subject-matter competency
• support district goals and pedagogy
• participate in educational committees and organizations
• develop culturally responsive instruction
• complete culture-based unit development in Rubicon Atlas
• supervise and train instructional paraprofessionals as needed
• submit weekly lesson plans
• follow district policies and professional teaching standards.
