What you'll do

• Assemble and maintain patient charts
• process provider orders
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• prepare transfer packets and fax records in accordance with HIPAA
• greet visitors and answer phones
• maintain on-call schedules and call calendars
• manage unit supplies
• assist with staffing sheets and schedules
• respond to emergency alerts
• maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
