Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Direct daily HR operations and implement policies
• oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation, retention, and termination
• ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and CHAP requirements
• coordinate training and continuing education
• manage HR team members as needed
• maintain confidential personnel records
• support HR budgeting and advise leadership on compensation, benefits, and programs.
