What you'll do

• Manage sales associates and develop strategies to improve the consumer experience
• keep inventory orders current and accurate
• maintain a positive showroom and oversee sales team processes
• hold sales training meetings at least three days a week
• conduct daily 9 AM meetings
• assist sales associates with customers
• monitor and assist with deal funding
• maintain details in CRM and other systems
• watch for potential fraud.
