What you'll do

• Lead small- and large-group fitness classes
• develop and improve group training programs
• coach members through personalized fitness and wellness plans
• conduct consultations, body composition assessments, and goal-setting sessions
• follow up with leads and members
• support sales, member relationships, and a clean, welcoming environment. Cross-training may include guided sauna experiences, recovery education, and wellness events at The Well.
