Social Service Manager

What you'll do

• Help residents and families adjust to illness, life changes, grief, loss, placement, and depression through counseling and resident-centered care plans
• assist with advance directive planning
• advocate for resident wishes
• attend facility meetings
• protect residents from abuse, neglect, and misappropriation
• complete required documentation
• support admissions, census accuracy, and financial and insurance transitions
• orient new employees on resident rights.
