What you'll do

• Manage project phases from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout
• coordinate with regional project managers, schedulers, estimators, and controllers
• align stakeholder consultations and approvals
• manage contractor performance with the Delivery Director
• coordinate permits and site logistics as applicable
• oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• manage change control
• coordinate reviews, inspections, procurement, and contracts
• conduct proposal requests and bid evaluations
• maintain project timelines, meetings, issue resolution, and delivery coordination
• coach colleagues and contribute to improved methods and standards.
