What you'll do

• Develop relationships with business owners, investors, and commercial real estate professionals
• originate commercial real estate, owner-occupied, investment property, construction, and business lending opportunities
• analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit profiles
• structure financing
• present loans for underwriting and credit approval
• manage transactions through closing
• build referral networks and maintain a business pipeline.
