Vendor Relations Associate

The Vendor Relations Associate role is onsite in Hauppauge, New York. Pay is $21.50 per hour. W Services Group provides cleaning, construction, and emergency response services and supports multi-site clients through contractor partnerships. The associate supports the Contractor Relations department as a primary contact for contract partners. The role recruits and prequalifies contractors, manages partner and campaign information, coordinates changes and service needs, and works with internal teams to address performance, invoicing, and market coverage issues.

What you'll do

• Monitor vendor databases and recruit potential contractor partners
• prequalify partners
• review and negotiate agreements, work specifications, payout, uniform, equipment, and billing requirements
• update vendor prospects, contractor records, schedules, and notes in Waves
• manage assigned RTS and campaigns
• coordinate with market teams
• resolve invoice discrepancies
• assist Accounting with outstanding paperwork
• review campaign and margin reports
• participate in contractor relations meetings.
