What you'll do

• Lead the plant quality management program and compliance
• develop and improve quality systems and controls
• define process control points and inspection methods
• investigate customer complaints and lead root-cause and corrective actions
• monitor quality trends
• coordinate supplier quality
• support audits
• partner with production, engineering, sales, customer service, and logistics
• hire, train, and lead quality personnel.
