Job overview
The HVAC Technician role is onsite in Boston, MA, with compensation of $28–$34 per hour, plus a service vehicle and benefits. The technician installs, services, and maintains heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for customers. The role exists to keep customers' HVAC systems operating through installation, diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance. What you'll do
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork and thermostats
- diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
- perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups
- communicate with customers about issues and solutions
- maintain service records and complete work orders. Requires EPA Section 608 certification, at least two years of HVAC installation and repair experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
