The role tracks readiness, schedules, documentation, risks, and handoffs to help systems progress through commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Coordinate commissioning and turnover from contractor handoff through Process Ready status
• maintain system- and equipment-level schedules, execution plans, and readiness trackers
• coordinate stakeholder handoffs
• track milestones, dependencies, inspections, approvals, and signoffs
• monitor progress and identify risks and delays
• facilitate meetings and readiness reviews
• maintain records, checklists, action logs, and turnover packages
• prepare status reports and dashboards
• support issue resolution, project closeout, and operational readiness.
