What you'll do

• Coordinate marketing schedules, tasks, approvals, files, and follow-ups
• support conferences, trade shows, customer events, and meetings
• draft and proofread marketing materials
• maintain digital content, calendars, CRM records, contact lists, and brand assets
• coordinate branded materials and supplies
• assist with email campaigns, reporting, budgets, and expenses
• travel locally and occasionally overnight for branch visits, photography, and events.
