What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• understand their needs and budget
• recommend boats, pontoons, ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, and other products
• explain product features and options
• follow up with leads using phone, text, email, and CRM tools
• maintain customer notes and sales activity
• manage a prospect pipeline
• work toward sales goals
• keep showroom, lot, and displays presentable
• support dealership events and promotions
• coordinate with finance, service, parts, and management
• use digital tools and social media to promote inventory and events.
